hi there
i have just installed my first arlo system, it has been working well for the last few days, however today one camera is constantly detecting motion when the video shows none, any ideas?
the camera hasnt been moved for the last three days and has been working well up till this morning, it has restistered about 20 motions this morning all without anything showing on the video, i have also turned the sensitivity down to 30%, the camera is just looking at my front door so no passing traffic etc that would set it off.
any suggestions??

A screenshot could help, especially from the timeframe when it's being set off. The two suspects I'd look for would be spiders or other insects crawling across the sensor and/or flashes of sunlight being reflected from cars or other objects. Reflected IR from the sun can be killer.

Hi thanks for the reply
I have checked and the camera has no cobwebs near, ive just armed it and within 5 minutes its detected three times, all with a blank video?
The screen shot is below, pretty dull view TBH, no traffic or pavements near the camera

Couple of things:
1) The glass door could be reflecting IR. The angle is pretty severe, though, so maybe not.
2) Are you changing sensitivity in your modes? If not, you're not really changing it. In Settings, it doesn't save.
If everything is ok, remove the camera in Settings, My devices. Reinsert batteries, making sure the blue LED on the front flashes to indicate power. Resync the camera. Any help?
