not been able to reconnect my base station since December

Everything worked great, then the base station went offline and after reading EVERY forum in ALL discussions, I have concluded this product is NOT worth owning.  I have not been able to reconnect my base station since December!  I have tried everything!  Including factory reset.  Anyone have something new for me? Please. Thus far, I have wasted my money AND time.

Have you contacted Netgear Support... there is always the possiblitiy that the base unit has hardware issues...

 

But usu first, what are the leds on the front showing ?
