Granted Access User Not Receiving Any Push Notifications

Set husbands phone up ISO arlo app.

Does not get notifications Uninstalled app waited the 24 hours and reinstalled and it asked do you want to allow notifications and say allow and still no pushs

 

Very frustrated.  both logins work on my i phone but not on his.

 

Looking for a fix ready to send it back.

 

Any suggestions would be apprecaited.

Do you have the latest IOS firmware 12.1.2 installed on both phones? Have you downloaded the latest Arlo Mobile App version 2.7.1 & test again?

Yes has done that and uninstalled waited 4 days reinstalled and still no pushes.

 

please help like the systems just need to get the Notifications

I am having the same issue. My wife was recieving push notifications for months. Now all of a sudden it does not send her any notifications. Uninstalled app and re installed. Did not help

If you remove her email from account & re-add it, does the same issue occur?
