My neighbors have set up infrared lights shining right at my cameras to block/interfer with vision. I watched a man come out and set everything up. Is there any way I can filter the light out? Will moving the camera's help?

Can you post a link to a video of one of the recordings? Would love to see what the camera sees. The link only stays active for 24h.
Why does he feel he needs to do that? Are you recording his property?

I don't think IR lighting would make much difference in what the camera sees, just that motion detection would be blocked. Nighttime recordings could be an issue, though.

How close is the neighbor?
If the camera is aim down some what, the IR lighting from the neighbor shouldn't effect the camera that much but actually light up the area more...Remember, the range to pick up people is about 23ft max so don't try to cover more area than the camera can detect
A snapshot of the cam view would help

Here are the views from the 2 cameras. I disabled the 2nd camera when I figured out what they were doing and I think it kept them from getting the light accurately pointed at the camera.
We installed the cameras because we have adopted a couple of kids through foster care and our neighbors know their biological family and keep inviting them over to their house to try and see the kids. The cameras let us know when the biological family's car is there so we don't let the kids out or if we are gone we can make sure we approach the house from the opposite direction and park up next the garage where the neighbors can't see us get in and out of the car.
We are planning on just moving once we get some home improvements done so we don't have to keep dealing with them.
You are right, during the day the light don't have any effect. We going to try and move the cameras today or tomorrow and see if they are able to adjust the lights again on their own.
