my basestation goes offline everytime I sync my cameras

Every time I try to get the status of my cameras my base station goes offline I have unplugged deactivated  resynced and removed batteries about 20 times now.  Its going back to Amazon real soon  It says my basestation is offline when I can clearly see it on my router!
