So this started happening a few weeks ago. Charged the battery in the front door camera and it's working fine. Sees motion, alerts work, phone (android) app sees camera fine, can connect to it etc. no problem
But my.arlo.com thinks it's offline. The rest of the cameras are all OK though. Weird thing is the library shows videos from that front door camera just fine too.
Really annoying - what can we do ?

After much dinking around, turns out I had to clear ALL the netgear/arlo cookies and cache from the browser. THEN, finally, the temperamental camera shows up properly via browser.

I have the same issue. I have 3 cameras. The arlo app (iPhone) showing all cameras working fine (online) and can veiw live video. Using Chrome (Windows pc) browser at my.arlo.com, 1 camera showing as off line. Have tied freshing page with same result. "Off line" camera working fine, (picks up motion and records). The "offline" camera also shows library video files on the chrome browser too.
All cameras had fresh update 1 week ago after changing all the batteries.
Other 2 cameras showing as normal on the browser.
