miscommunication between camera and android tablet

model VMB3000. Since the upgrade all I get when  try to view a capturred video on my tablet is a pictire of a film frame with the notation: ({'status label_loading' | i 18n}} in the middle of it.  I can get it on my phone, but not the tablet.

First step is always to reinstall the app? Does that help? If not, what tablet and OS?
