If you NEVER get the blue LED to blink in any fashion bug the amber one does it would seem to be a battery issue. Just putting g batteries in the camera and closing the battery door and having a slow amber flash indicates weak batteries.

I think your process may have been a bit off.

1) Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices.

2) Use the app or web to click on Add Device on the Cameras tab to add the base.

3) Verify that the left two LEDs on the base are green.

4) Use the Add Device button again to sync your cameras. Be sure to press the sync button on the base for only ~2 seconds, not a lengthy press.

5) The cameras should blink blue slowly for several seconds and then rapid blue.  Be aware that low batteries may cause the camera to not sync.

Thanks for your reply

I did what what you suggested. Steps from 1 to 4 are ok, I have two lights on the base. however , the cameras didn't blink with blue light ( step 5) . still the yellow light blink. I don't think it is batteries since all both camera have the same issue

I am having the same issue. I had 3 camera's working fine and 2 of them stopped connecting and I can't get them reconnected.

Moore75,

Have you tried fresh batteries for the affected cameras? Consider opening and closing the battery compartment door on these cameras and pay close attention to the camera LED. A slow flashing amber LED will indicate depleted batteries.
