live streaming issues

I'm having an issue with live streaming.  I read all the other posts on this topic and those were from 2015, but I'm having the same issues where the prompt tells you to wait, but then resets itself without giving live feed.  Surely this has been resolved since 2015. Any suggestions?

The first question usu asked is what is the data speed you have ?

Also signal to cameras strength  ?
