I have a nexia thermostat from american standard.  Its more than just a thermsotat.  It has a z-wave controller and also allows you to control ip cameras.  Is there anyway to access my arlo cameras by ip in my local network so I can see them in the screen (https://www.nexiahome.com/certified-products/american-standard-gold-xv-control-2).  Also  If a camera detect movement it will be good to be able to play a ZWAVE scene(like turn  lights on in that area)

I don't think you can view the cameras via your thermostat.
I have my Arlo cameras trigger lights through Smartthings and you can trigger Hue lights via IFTTT but I don't think there's any direct integration with Nexia sorry. Arlo also has integration with Wink,Telguard and Stringify if you can get some kind of workaround using one of those
