impossible login due to Arlo settings

Arlo gives 120 seconds for an email to be received for two-factor sign-in. Would be great if email passed through the servers that quickly. My email, a secure webmail server from a major university, takes about ten minutes more or less to pass through unrecognized emails such as from Arlo for security purposes. The verification times out. New phone, Pixel 8a, with same SIM card as dysfunctional prior phone (unusable) is not receiving push verifications by text. I have a plan and cannot contact a person for support since they insist on verification through either email or text, impossible based on their system settings. No phone number to call. Seriously? Multiple camaras and base system are hence unusable. Hello.....Arlo..... contact me plz.
