Is there customer support? I can’t find any? The auto chat route is useless.
my iPhone X suddenly won’t open arlo. It says oops! An error has occurred. Funny, it still dings notifications on my phone, but can’t access the app. But I can open app on iPad and see everything. I need my phone stlo app to work!!

I figured out what the problem was!
Even though it said I was already logged out - you HAVE TO press the Logout button, then you can log back in.
then a nice Rep from Arlo called me, and told me apparently there is a soft Logout - which is what happened, and that’s why I HAD TO push the Logout button to get back into our account. All is well in the universe again! Thanks Arlo for checking in on me to make sure it was working!
