I am sending a request to a friend and it will not go through to my friend's email. I have cameras selected and it now says pending but my friend never received it though I've sent it numerous times. I checked the email and it is correct. I tried deleting him and adding again. All to no avail! Thanks for any help.

Can you email your friend yourself? If so, have him check his spam folder or contact his email provider to see if it's being blocked. Another test may be to view a video in your library and share it with him using the email method. If that fails, it would seem that his provider is blocking emails from Netgear.
