changing email address

I bought a system and it failed right away. I took it back to best buy and they gave me a new one. I try to register the new one and have to find a different email address because it seems I can not un-register the first system I bought. Any one know how to do this?

Good afternoon StuartBrody,

 

You should still be able to log into your original account where you can simply add the new base station by following the steps below: (First, be sure be at the same location as the base station and also deactivate the original base station from your account).

 

How to Deactivate:

  1. Log into your original Arlo account associated with your preferred email address
  2. Click/tap Settings
  3. Click/tap Base Station Settings
  4. Click Deactivate

How to activate a base station under an existing account

  1. Log into your Arlo account (if not already logged in)
  2. Click/tap Settings
  3. Click/tap Subscription
  4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page
  5. Click/Tap Add a Base Station

The base station serial number should automatically be detected and populate in the serial number field. Simply follow the prompts to complete the activation process.
