cannot get video not by a motion detector

Hello

I am connected as Basic Subscription.

I have base station and one camera.

The problem I cannot get video not by a motion detector although I choose a role to accept video for 10sec and not by Button LIVE VIDEO.

I get alerts of motion sensor.

Are you using the Library tab to see if you have videos?  The counter on the Cameras tab currently is disabled and always shows 0. You may want to also temporarily enable email notifications so you get a link to each video that gets recorded - can you see those okay?
