I own neither an Apple not Android phone, but a win 10 phone. On my PC I have no issues with access to my cameras, but if I try to log into the Arlo web address with my win 10 phone, netgear let's me log in but does not give me access to my cameras, only tries to get me to sign up for more features. Why can't I do this? It is the way I get to my ADT cameras without problems.

The Arlo runs on flash and many play issues are form the lack of or incorrectly installed flash.
Win Phones are not supported to my knowledge.
Try using a normal browser on the phone if able at https://arlo.netgear.com/

I am using a web browser on the phone -Edge. As I said, I can go to the web site and sign in, but it never takes me to the pages I need to see my cameras. Since I am going into the same site as I do on my desktop, I assume that it recognizes I am on mobil and won't let me get where I want to go. I was hoping for some kind of trick to do that. I hav e no problem accessing my ADT cameras at their web site this way, as it just seems me as another browser accessing the site. Why can't Arlo do this too. I realize as a Windows 10 phone user I am in the minority, but I am not asking for an app, just the ability to access a standard web page. Netgear are you listening?

I don't think it will help but be sure that you use the browser menu to select using the desktop version of the site. I've used Chrome on my mobile devices like this with no problems other than those things (live view, pan and zoom) that require Flash.
