I recently moved, and i might have messed up. i factory reset the base, and now i can't pair any of my cameras, I have tried everything from factory reset to fully charging the batteries, nothing help.
HALP PLZ!

If you actually reset the base by holding the button for >10 seconds until the LEDs started flashing amber, you also need to remove all devices from your account before that can be added back. Use this procedure:

unfortunately i removed the base from my account before i removed the cameras. is there any other remedy. i already tried the 15 second sync 3 times. doesn't find the cameras. please HALP!

That should be fine - removing the base also removes the cameras connected to it. 

 

The reset button holding for 15 seconds is a minimum time - did you hold it long enough to actually see the LEDs flash amber? That indicates it actually reset.

 

Is the base now shown in your account? That's needed before connecting the cameras.
