can’t get my base station to connect to my router

I can’t get my base station to connect to my router! I have a netgear router also. I have tried rebooting , unplugging the power cable the all the normal processes ! Arlo support was of no help all they did was have me try all the things I already tried ! 

Any body have any ideas ? All are appreciated !

I assume that the middle light on the base is not green?

Did support have you restart the Netgear router as well?

If not then try that.

If that does not work then perform a factory reset on the base and try again.
