cameras offline despite everything looking ok

installed my arlo 2 days a go without problem, but today says all cameras offline, the base station has its 2 green lights on, and my internet connection is working. 
What could be the problem ?

There should be 3 green LEDs - (from the left) power, Internet and cameras.  Which one is out? Have you tried a power cycle on the base?

You might also consider bringing a camera close to the base station and power cycling it by opening and closing the battery compartment door. Take note of the LED behavior on the camera. What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo Wire-Free camera mean?

It is also possible the cameras were too far from the base station. Too much interference or being too distant from the base can make the signal weak, causing the cameras to drop offline. Please let us know if you are unable to get the cameras back online.
