camera shows offline and/or not connected

System has worked fine for a little over a month, then one camera started "pixelating".  Screen then went 90% solid "arlo" green.  Now camera shows "off-line", "not connected" or "the request timed out".   I've tried re-syncing, restarting base station and swapping out batteries.   Is my camera dead?

I'd be placing a trouble ticket...

 

You might try swapping cameras to help narrow things down first, though.
