camera has red tint

Hi

Camera has red/pint tint.  I have replaced batteries but no different.  Do I remove the camera and reinstall or is camera itself at fault. Thanks for any replies. Lyn

It's a hardware problem. Open a case with support.

If you pulled the batteries and reset the camera , then it continued... the camera prob is at fault.
