J'ai acheté une caméra essential il y a quelques mois qui a donné des signes de faiblesse depuis 3 semaines.

La vue est devenue floue puis plus rien. Aucun voyant s'allume aucune connexion possible...

Que faire ?

If you can still exchange the camera with the seller, then I would start with that.

Otherwise, contact Arlo support using the app, and request an RMA.

I guess you could try a factory reset first.
