I bought a system second hand & cant get it to load

Try a reset, holding the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber.  Let it reboot - do you get 2 green LEDs, power and Internet?  Can you then add the base to your account?  Details.

Adding to the above suggestion, did the user you bought it from remove the base station from their account? This must be done to release the S/N allowing it to be claimed on the new account.
