Hi joybliss,

 

Are you asking where can you view your battery information or why your battery won't stay charged?

 

If you're asking where you can view your battery info,m you can view this by going to the Arlo app on your phone device or on the web client on your computer and go to Settings > My Devices > Choose your Arlo camera and you can see your battery life.

 

If you're asking why it won't stay charged, what camera are you using?
