base station will not connect to internet

i am getting the error that happened yesterday, it says your base station is not connected to the internet . Please make sure its powered on and connected to your router....hosting server issues again?

Have you tried the old "log out and back in" trick?  Doesn't fix everything but works for me.

i just got the error and logged off and logged back in and it works now....it never did that untinl two days ago when the hosting servers had an issue ...this is the second time i get this message.
