arlo won't sync

my 2 camreas are not working since day one and im not getting any help from support and they closed my case, batteries diesd in 7-10 days.

what a waste of money Smiley Frustrated

Hard to really say what's wrong. If it was me, I would reset the base, take the camera batteries out, and relaunch your approach the sync process takes too long.

I've had my cameras for a couple of days and most are around the low 90% in batteries left. I lost a huge chunk in the beginning when I was syncing and upgrading the firmware. Sounds like maybe the cameras have been trying to sync this whole time.

hi, thank you for reply and yeas I did reste, unpluged, remved and replaced batteries, relaunced ..bla bla bla nothing works

I did contacted arlo and all I get from them is same answears  that do not help me. I think that I got bad product

Well, if you can't return it , warranty is 1 year...

 

Again, recontact Netgear re defective units.
