arlo security system images has pink background

Hi:

I just got my system and it worked fine.  But today the image is no longer clear and it's in pink.  The video fundtion works fine.  I can still see my dogs moving around.

Please help.

Open and close the battery door to reset camera....

If the above doesn't fix it or it occurs again, Contact Netgear Support re the camera
