i have dumped app from apple and android signed out and still get getting status cameras are still goin because i get notice in my email everyday. but can not see live stream. what can i do to fix it

Are you experiencing this on the web client as well? Is this only happening on the mobile app? Do you always see this issue or is it intermittent?

Have you tried rebooting your base station? Do you still experience the same issue after a reboot?

No, but arlo came back online yesterday afternoon. And this morning it came up a message on each camera that firmware upgrade required. Upgrade is done and they are all online. Thanks for your help..
