I have purchased 8 arlo camers and have had problems with all of them going off line! now this might be fine if they were all in one location but they are not. I have a winter home in the south with four camers and a summer home in the north with four cameras. It never fails when i am at one location the cameras go down at the other location. It would seem to me that if nest can produce a camera that searches and reloads the wi-fi that arlo could do the same. I am very dissatisfied with these cameras!!!

Have you managed to sort the "off Line" problem out?
I am just starting to have this problem, how do you get an off line camera back on line?

I had a Pro camera go offline yesterday while everything else (Q, Pro, H11, H7) was working fine. I tried a remote restart of the base with no solution. Shortly afterwards, the camera came back online. I can't explain it.

Try both the app and a browser. If no good, try shutting down your modem, router and base and then powering them back on in that order, waiting for one to complete before starting the next. You may also need to open and close the battery doors to reset the cameras.

Oops! That is a problem.
Too late for the moment but it could have been due to a power outage - others have reported similar issues when power drops out. A good thing to do is to use a UPS/battery backup that powers your modem, router and base so they never glitch. Right now, it sounds like only physical presence will fix the issue. If the communication between the camera and base has faulted so the cameras aren't connected, the batteries are likely dead since the cameras will keep trying to reconnect.
