When I first set up my cameras I was able to adjust the length of time of the video recorded and other settings which I don't seem able to do anymore, did something change

try these two tricks:

1 Turn your base station off, wait a minute, then turn back on.  See if missings settings back.

2. Try using a different browser on your pc/laptop.
