i have performed sync operation which results in succesful blinking of lights according to manual, but see no images in phone app or website.  tried to resync with same results.  is camera supposed to start sending images to app screen automatically after it syncs or am i supposed to click on something?

Do you mean the camera isn't registering and visible in the app?

thnx Steve,

i thought camera was registering since i had successfully set up an account and the sync process appeared to respond in all the proper ways.  but i have yet to see any images.  have changed passwords and started over in process a couple of times--actually, i bought this camera several months ago and figured out my internet connection was not fast enough to support it--but just upgraded to the new hughsnet subscription which supposedly delivers 25 mbps down and 3 up, so have started set up in a second time frame.  dont know if this has anything to do with problem.

am i supposed to be in "library" screen to see images?

yes, the library is the prository of both manual and motion triggered recordings, under the daily tabs for 7 days going back

Yup. The Library is where your recordings will be BUT obviously you need to ensure the cameras are recording on motion. The easiest way is to set the mode to ARMED. It's the stock standard recording mode. The 'running man' icon above the camera preview window under Devices should be black and goes orange when the camera detects motion.

Your new internet speed should be adequate for good performance of the system

Unsure about your account set up though. If you're still struggling, hit up Support at the bottom of the page. They're good with sorting out the issues on the server end

thnx Mentor,

i cannot find a "mode" anywhere in screen interface (thus no "running man" either).  i imagine this may have to do with the fact that when i clck on "devices" i see nothing there either.

when i intially set up system under slower internet service it actually worked for a short time before attempting to buffer and then failing entirely.  this time around i get nothing even tho lights flash during set up as described in instructions.

system has been unplugged and batteries out of camera in interim while i had new internet service installed.

do i need a firmware update or is that supposed to download automatically?

appreciate your time and attention.

Base ans cameras are in sync, but I get no picture because site doesn't acknowledge any connection.

Are you using the app or the web interface?

So under DEVICES is nothing? But you feel the camera and base sync'd fine according to the LED lights on the base and the camera?

ive tried both the app and the web interface with same results.  and yes the lights behave in the way they are described in manual during sync.

meanwhile, the 3 lights on left a bottom of base are green--the 2 on the right are unlit.

when i look under "subscription" is says 5 are supported tho "0" are connected

Sounds like a reset is in order. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Power cycle the base and open and close all battery doors. Make sure the batteries are actually good. Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Check for firmware updates and install as needed.
