arlo camera has pink hue

Started a case on 8/5/18, still no response. Camera is still under warranty. Very poor customer service.

Did it just start or came new like that?
Try removing the batteries
Try removing the camera from base station

I've tried everything that has been suggested in these forums and still has pink hue.  This started a couple months ago, had been using the camera since Sept. 2017.  Worked fine for the first few months and now this, it's very frustrating when support won't reply to emails and I'm stuck with a defective product.
