arlo base station stopped working, all LED lights on

help, my arlo for some reason just stopped working, have all 3 lights on base station even when I unplug the internet lead? when I log in and click on a camera just reverts back to as before,no message,tried to reboot base station and resync a camera but still nothing, all firmware up to date as well, any suggestions

Try and leave it unplugged for a few minutes.

If that does not work then do a hard reset, paperclip in the hole until all lights turn amber.

Then resync your cameras.
