arlo base station internet LED is green but interface shows offline

records to libary, live says offline. internet light is on at base, same setup been using for months. now says offline, restarted , resynced. still says offline/ any help???

This sounds like it could be an issue with the browser/app you are using to view. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox), do you see the same behavior? Also be sure you have flash updated, installed and enabled on your web browser.


If you using the app, consider uninstalling the app, reboot your phone, and download a fresh version from the app store.
