arlo One of my security cameras is reading offline.

I need to know how to get my security camera back in sync with my computer. I followed the InSync instructions but nothing happened, could it be just the batteries. Thank you.

Are you bringing the camera to within 3 feet of the base station when uou try to sync it?

But, do not hold the sync button on the base for two seconds, Just give it a quick push and the third light on the base will start blinking green.
