admin email was removed and can't change password

I got a new iPhone and I can't remember my password.  However my email account @cox.net was removed by cox and they can't re-activate it.  I still have some access to my cameras because my wife's account is still active, but we can't administer anything.  Is there a way to fix this?  I can't seem to get in touch with support in order to fix this.

Sometimes settings in your browser session are corrupt. In many cases, closing and reopening your browser clears these issues. Sometimes restarting your phone clears any issues you're experiencing with web login if you are already logged in, and not logged out. But in your case, I think only customer service can help you since your email is removed.

That's my problem.  I don't seem to have a way to get in touch with human support to help resolve the problem.  It's been very frustrating.

It is a puzzle, since you can't purchase the subscription needed if you can't access the account.

 

Perhaps one of the mods ( @JamesC ?) can assist.
