I just upgraded the app on iPhone and got a message that my vmb4000 was outdated. I upgraded to vmb5000 but still the same problem with finding the device when trying to connect it to my account. I have a blue light on the device so it's connected to the network but it still cant find it. I am now trying via my laptop and the website but still the same problem. Have done all the steps adviced, reset and so on. Any suggestions.

That is weird, because the VMB4000 is still supported (and is not on the end-of-life list).
Are you sure this wasn't a message telling you that the firmware needed to be updated?
Can you try re-adding the VMB4000?

Can you give more details on the VMB4000? When you say "same problem", are you saying that you tried removing and readding the VMB4000 from the account? Or something else?
Was this a used VMB5000 or a new one?
Do you have VPN software installed on the phone and PC? If so, you need to turn it off.

I tried re-adding the vmb4000 with the same message as with the vmb5000. Base station could no be discovered. The vmb5000 is new.
On the vmb4000 I have a green light saying it's on the network and with the vmb5000 I have blue led light which means this is also on the network.
Same message both on web portal and iPhone app.
On laptop I am running:
Wi-Fi 6
WPA-2-Personal
Dual band: 2,4GHz and 5GHz
DHCP: automatic

I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @ShayneS , @JamesC - to see if they have any suggestions.
