Wrong Instructions for Factory Reset

I couldn't "discover" my base station at arlo.netgear.com/#/basestation because the instructions for a factory reset say to "Push the Reset and Sync button together". This is hard to do without three hands, and on my unit it won't work. It was sufficient to push only the Reset button to get a factory reset. I hope you'll correct this problem and save others a lot of time.
