After changing the batteries the blue light on the camera lights for a few seconds, goes out then nothing. It won’t sync and no other lights come on. If you open them close the battery flap The same happens each time.

I’ve tried a few sets of batteries and the same thing happens. I have also trying deleting it from the app and re-syncing but nothing.

I am beginning to think there is a issue with the camera itself but has anybody else had the same issue?

I should also say I tried the same batteries in another camera and they work fine.

It does sound like a bad camera. Open a case with support here:
