Wireless cameras went offline. Tried putting in new batteries but it won't sync...

One of my wireless cameras went offline. The other 2 are working. Put new batteries. It won’t sync.
HELP!!

One of mine does this too and started a couple of weeks ago after lightning storms in the area. One fix that I have yet to try is to take the camera down, remove it from the base station list and then resynch it to the system. That is, if the base station finally stops saying, “getting information.”
