Does Arlo offer a WIRED outdoor camera? Or will it come soon?
I doubt the batteries last long with weeks of winter temperatures below -20C. I don't want to be getting up a ladder to change batteries mid-winter.
Solar power is also ineffective when there are only a few hours of weak oblique sunlight.
I like my other Arlo products and would hate to go elsewhere to get a wired outdoor camera.

No idea on what they might offer in the future, but at the moment the outdoor cameras all use batteries.
To add on to what @Dannybear says, the Pro 3, Pro 4, and Ultra models can all be powered with an outdoor charger 24x7 (like the Pro and Pro 2), and the battery can be removed if you do that.
While all are spec'd to run down to -20C, some users have found that the cameras will run below -20C with the battery removed - I can't confirm that, since it isn't that cold where I live.

Thanks. Tech support confirmed I can buy the long outdoor charging cable and leave the camera plugged in.
The -20C spec is also a concern. We have a lot of winter nights in the -20 to -40 range. I'd hate to spend the money on a high-end Arlo and then find it doesn't work all the time.

It would be ideal to have a camera skin that had a heater element to keep the camera warm.
It would be a nice accessory. Likely the skin would need to be AC powered, which would be one limitation.
Another option would be to include a heater element inside the camera that kicked in only when the camera is powered (and cold).
