Wire-Free Camera is jerky/choppy. Used to work fine until a firmware update was pushed.

I had to start this thread as the other threads I found relating to it have been marked as solved, when in fact they are not.

I have 4 original Arlo cameras and the original base unit. I noticed over the last while the video on my cameras is choppy.

This is not a network issue, it is a firmware issue. The cameras used to work fine but a firmware update was pushed that has reduced the quality of video and made the videos choppy.

Is there a real solution and has this bug been fixed?

Many thanks.

There is definitely loss/corruption in this clip - it isn't just compression artifacts.

Corruption could of course be a result of a firmware bug, but it also could be loss on the camera<->base link or the base<->cloud link.  If your base station supports local storage, it would be useful to add that - it would let you figure out whether the problem is in the camera connection (or camera itself), or if it is in the base connection to the cloud (or the base itself).
