My camera has been showing it's video in a sort of "sepia toned" display for the last several days.  It had done this before sporadically but always "reset" to normal after a few hours.  However this time it seems stuck in this bad condition.  I have tried resetting the base station as well as hard booting the camera by removing the batteries.  Is this a defective camera?  Here's an example image:

Can't see the image til the admins authorise it but you'll see a number of threads where the Arlo cameras get stuck showing a pink-ish colored video. This is a defect and hopefully the camera is still under warranty and can be exchanged

Yes, "pinkish" definitely describes the problem.  How do I engage Netgear for warranty support?

Down the bottom of this page is a "Contact Support" button. Alternatively, you should be able to take the camera back to where you bought it from
