Why does the cameras keep flashing or focusing all the time. Its activating the motion sensors but no ones out there. The video has a bright green flash as i play it back. Like a flash of light and thats activating the motion sensors. I tried to attach the downloaded video but wont let me.

These cameras have no focus capability - they're fixed-focus. The lack of apparent motion can be caused by various things, such as the sun's IR reflecting off an object (cars, leaves, etc.) or by fast-moving objects such as birds, insects, etc.

Yes I understand its fixed-focused, I just didn't know how to explain it.   Its like a flash of light that activates the motion detector then it begins recording.  It does it every time, every minute once it stops recording.

That "flash" is just the auto-exposure working. The scene was too bright so it dialed back the exposure to something normal. It's a normal thing that isn't related to causing the recording.

The scene is pretty strong sunlight so it's possible that the sun's IR is being reflected, causing the recording. Try dialing back on the motion detection during daylight hours. It will probably take some trial and error to minimize the false recordings while still maintaining detection of what you need. I have cameras set to ~50% for exactly this sort of situation.
