Why did app update to Arlo Legacy automatically and getting alerts to download new Arlo app?

Why did the app update to Arlo Legacy automatically and now we’re getting alerts to download another Arlo app??? Seriously makes no sense and kinda suspect. 🤔

Hi FitDad,

 

We are migrating the app to the new Arlo app as Arlo is now a separate company from NETGEAR, and we need to migrate to new, separate developer accounts on the App Store and Google Play. You can read more about it here: Arlo is migrating to a new Arlo app this month.
