When phone call is received I get a notification that ARLO is disabled. How to fix?

Have a new smartphone, Motorola Z3, when phone call is received I get a notification that ARLO is disabled. Does anyone know a configuration change to fix? Running Android Oreo V10.

I'd start with rebooting the phone and resinstalling the app.
