hi hope you can help
one of my arlo cams
not working
i’m using tenergy batteies
had the system at least 4 years
no probs
but this one cam when put the batteries in led goes blue and a click is heard then no blue blinking take the batteries out then in same again and nothing when sync button pressed
batteries are in correct
any help thanks in advance?

Does the LED stay solid blue, or is it going out?
Did you try swapping the batteries with another working camera?

I would try a new resync of the camera
Press the base sync button quickly and then the camera sync button

Try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resyncing. If that doesn't work, use the Contact SUpport link at the bottom here.
