When changing batteries, do I need to change all at the same time?

Brand new user. Changing the batteries for the first time. I have a 4 camera systerm. one battery is at 78%, 69%, 27% and 67%. Do i need to change all the batteries at the same time. or just the one that is at 27%. Thank you for your help.

You don't need to change all at the same time. At 15% it will give you a low batt warning.
