When I open the app, it tells me the device does not exist in an orange banner

When I open the app, it tells me the device does not exist in an orange banner at the top of the screen. How do I correct this?

Try logging out and back in or reboot the phone and reinstall the app.

Try a different device or web browser. Post a screenshot of the message.

tried iPhone XS, IPad Pro and windows 10. Same on all devices.

removed and reinstalled app several times. Turned devices off and on also to no avail.

the cameras are working as they are showing up on another shared account but I still cannot access the account.
