Whats faster? Base Station or Netgear Nighthawk R7000

So I just found out that the arlo cameras can connect to my Nighthawk! So i was wondering.. Whats faster and has the most range? The Nighthawk or the Base station that comes with the cameras? Thanks!

Just looked at my setup and the base seems to have a slight edge over the router but not by much (maybe a couple of dB). Unless you're really at the edge of connectivity, it won't make a noticeable difference.
